Today I was visited by Natasha, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took all the time needed to carry out the visit and I didn't felt rushed at all. While talking I mention another concern of mine and Natasha did explain me thoroughly what vein's valves are and how they work. I am completely satisfied with my visit. Thanks Natasha

Amazing care, was very understanding as I explained I had a phobia of needles and blood. She was very reassuring meaning I felt extremely calm and safe. I couldn't of asked for better care.

I first met Natasha prior to my breast diep surgery and she explained the procedure clearly and empathetically. During my surgery on 4th January 2021 sadly a small tumour was found in my chest when I was told this news I felt my world had ended. Natasha had been on call all that day and made time to come and see me In the evening to chat and to reassure me. She has a truly very special nature, a wonderful bedside manner and is quite clearly an exceptional surgeon. Anybody that is lucky enough to have this wonderful lady on their team is in the best possible hands. She is a shining star.

Natasha and her team carried out a procedure on myself yesterday and I can not praise her and the team enough. She was so empathetic and supportive and made me feel extremely relaxed with her wonderful bedside manner. Her and the team went above and beyond as they proceeded (despite being at the end of the shift and actually giving up their own time) with the operation, after a fire alarm had, quite rightly, aborted our first attempt. Natasha and the team understood that I was prepared mentally and physically for what they were about to do and the completion of the procedure made the world of difference to me. It also meant that I could then be discharged and get home that same day. I also witnessed her lovely caring supportive manner with another patient who was extremely distressed and needed reassurance about the treatment she had to go through for some awful facial wounds. Natasha was a lovely lady and is an absolute credit to the medical profession.

I have recently had surgery by Natasha to three different parts of my face. I had local anesthetic to each and throughout the operations she talked to my reassuring my all was going well and making sure I was OK.Prior to the operation she explained what needed be done and allayed any concerns I had. She really is an excellent Doctor who gives you faith and confidence in what she's doing.A lovely lady who thinks of others.
